Hi David,
Recently, I have been researching the FWW logging operations that took place here in the Cairngorms. I myself work within the forestry industry and have a keen interest in the history of our woodlands. I would love to better understand what went on/how it may of looked. Currently I’ve been researching Company No.110 & No.121 working the “Sluggan Cut” and Glenmore area, but struggling to find any real information on the whereabouts of rail lines and routes the timber traveled. I have read dozens of articles with your name credited, and was wondering if you had any information you could share or point me in the right direction. Any help is greatly appreciated!
